DRI Management’s services include…

professional licensed community managers, management of the association’s financial and member accounts, payment processing, compilation of proposed budgets and professional meeting minutes, routine property inspections and presence, vendor quality control communications, routine service maintenance requests of the common property, assistance with planning, budgeting and management of special projects, and consulting services to smaller community associations.

DRI Management is a division of DRI Real Estate Services, Inc. that offers additional services that encompass all areas of real estate, including the listing and selling of properties as a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage for the past 20 years. The company’s President Mr. Devron L. Doyno also offers his services as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator, who specializes in mediation and dispute resolution for: community association disputes, vendor and construction disputes, and real estate disputes.

Our Team

Devron L. Doyno – President / CEO

Mr. Doyno is the President and Managing Community Association Manager for DRI Management. He is licensed in Florida both as a Community Association Manager and Real Estate Broker. Additionally, Mr. Doyno has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Kaplan University, and Graduate Certification from Florida International University in Dispute Resolution and Consensus Building. Mr. Doyno is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as Circuit Civil and Family Mediator.

Mr. Doyno has over thirty years of professional business management and negotiation experience, and has been licensed as a community association manager since 2008. Affording DRI clients the benefits of an educated Senior Manager with exceptional skills in matters of community management, accounting, insurance, construction practices, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution that far exceeds those of most community managers within the field.

Bonnie Altomonte – Vice President / CFO

Ms. Altomonte is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DRI Management. Ms. Altomonte has over twenty years’ experience in matters and issues pertaining to Community management and real estate.

As CFO for DRI, Ms. Altomonte oversees the operation of DRI’s community and member accounting department. Her duties include management of community and member account records, oversight of account receivables and payables, and directly manages DRI Management’s financials.

Ms. Altomonte is a senior advisor to the DRI’s President and CEO.

Ms. Altomonte’s pleasant personality, knowledge and professional skills make her a tremendous asset to DRI Management’s Community Boards and their members.
