Professional Licensed Community Managers

DRI Management’s community association managers are all licensed by the State of Florida, and participate in state continuing educational programs as mandated by the state.

Additionally, to maintain a professional level of competence as a community manager all DRI Management community managers have participated in and completed DRI Management’s Community Managers training program, which includes: property inspections, proper conduction and procedures of meetings, understanding of financial and budget reports, and vendor and member communications.

This assures DRI Management’s clients only the highest level of community manager service for their associations.

DRI Management community association managers perform weekly property visits to perform:

  • Site meetings with Governmental Inspectors, Vendors and Members

Consulting and Management of Special Projects

DRI Management offers community management consulting and special project management services to associations that self-manage or associations in need of a Special Project Manager for projects outside the extent of their current community manager’s abilities.

DRI Management further offers service assistance for the management of Special Projects as requested by the association’s Board of Directors from time to time, which includes assistance with:

  • Project Assessment

  • Assemblage of Project Specifications and Budgets

  • Draft Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Distribution to Vendors

  • Acquisition of Bids
