Please complete the form below and submit Payment in the amount of $200.00 (Estoppel Fee)
ESTOPPEL REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS BY MAIL
1) Send your Estoppel Request Form to: Bonnie@drires.com
2) Include the following on your Estoppel Request:
a. Name(s) of the sellers.
b. Address and the unit number of the property being sold and to close.
c. The date of the closing.
d. The following purchaser information: name(s), contact email(s), and phone number(s).
e. The contact information for all Real Estate Agents representing the Buyer(s) and Seller(s).
3) Mail a copy of your Estoppel Request form, including a check for $200.00 (estoppel fee), made payable to DRI Management.
*NOTE* IT IS DRI MANAGEMENT'S POLICY THAT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION AND THE ESTOPPLE FEE IS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE, AND PRIOR TO ANY ESTOPPLE FORM BENG PREPARED OR SENT FROM OUR OFFICE.
