Coach Homes IV at River Strand is a fifteen-building sixty-unit condominium sub-association community within River Strand Golf and Country Club. Coach Homes IV is managed by DRI Management. Coach Homes IV members are also members of the Heritage Harbour Master Association, as well as the River Strand Golf and Country Club that governs all of the amenities, common grounds, and infrastructure within River Strand. Both the Heritage Harbour Master Association and River Strand Golf and Country Club are not managed by DRI Management
