Grand Estuary I Maintenance Notice
Roof, Walkways, and Carport Areas and Roofs Cleaning
Starting Tuesday August 9th, 2022 weather permitting the building roof, walkways, and carport areas and roofs will be cleaned by Pirate Softwash.
The carports will have notices posted the day before cleaning is performed, so members do not park in those areas.
Additional Instructions
The work should take about one week, but may be altered by weather, as the vendor will not be able to go on the roofs if it is raining.
Please have vehicles removed from carport areas when posted.
Please have windows closed.
If you have a tenant in your unit, please advise them of this notice.
