Members,
This is the Second Notice of the date and time of the Annual Membership Meeting that will be held on March 25th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the River Strand Clubhouse Conference Room, 7155 Grand Estuary Trail, Bradenton, Florida 34212. The Annual Membership Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of seating the Board of Directors and such other business as lawfully may be conducted. No election of officers will be required, since only three (3) candidates have given notice of intent as required by the First Notice of the Annual Meeting, which meet the statutory requirements of seating this year’s three (3) open Director seats. The three (3) Board of Directors to be seated will be, Steve O’Brien, Dennis Rambo, and Deb Thompson.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting there will be a Board of Directors Meeting held for the primary purpose of the three (3) elected Board of Directors to elect officers for the year and conduct other business of the Association.
