Grand Estuary V Members,
As previously notified, the Board of Directors of Grand Estuary 5 at River Strand held a teleconference meeting on Tuesday March 31st, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of seating 3 candidates to the open seats of the Board of Directors. Additionally, once seated the Board of Directors as permitted by statue elected officers of the Board. These actions taken permit the Association to continue to function without interruption during the current pandemic, and permits management to file the required annual report with the state.
The newly seated board is as follows: Charliene Lemon-Steiner (President), Stephen Gandel (Vice President), and Marla Coniglio (Treasurer/Secretary).
As a reminder, once current restrictions due to the pandemic are lifted the Board will reschedule the Annual Meeting to conduct the balance of business.
